Day 4 || Shard 001
[Keith stares at the mirror shard for a while, his eyebrow raising.]
... Is this-- [Oh. It is. It... does seem to be working. Or well, at least, he isn't seeing his reflection anymore. Then again, he isn't all that sure of what he is seeing, either.
Ah well. Here goes nothing.]
...
[................. 'Hi?' 'Hello?' ... That sounds so stupid. What-- What's he supposed to say? How should he even start this...?
...]
I--... Uh. [Clears throat slightly.] ... My name is Keith. And... I'm a paladin of Voltron. [Awkward pause. He lifts his eyes up from the mirror, for a moment, and seems to communicate with someone through facial expressions alone before returning his attention back to the mirror again.
He frowns.]
... No one we've talked to so far seems to have any idea of where we are or how we ended up here. Is it the same for all of you? Any information you might have could help us figure out how to get out of here.
[He pauses again, before--]
If any of the other paladins are listening: Guys, come in. All you have to do is look at the mirror and-- uh. Speak. ... I guess. While thinking about... wanting to speak. [... wow. Smooth.] Just. You know. Look at the surface, think that you want to talk to people, talk. Figure it out. But do it. I'm with Lance, but we don't think the Red or the Black lions are anywhere around here. It's been four days and we haven't heard or seen any of you or anyone else that was with us. So if you are here, say something.

Far away.
[He's not being deliberately obtuse, he really doesn't know what the name of the country he's from is called. It's not something wolves really pay attention to. They care more about their own personal territory. The whole of Russia is something he doesn't really have knowledge of.]

Okay, then.
Keith's eyebrow raises for a moment before, eventually, he just shrugs. Honestly? Same.]
Yeah. Sounds about right.

[It seemed like they were all spread out pretty far over the island. Not a problem for a wolf. They were known for their stamina and Tsume was actually the swiftest out of is pack.]

In one of the houses next to... a big lake. [He has no idea if there are any more lakes around.] I woke up on a deserted area.
What about you?
no subject
[Tsume was never entirely comfortable inside houses for all that he'd lived in a city for a good portion of his life. The woods was just the area for a wolf.]
no subject
There are other empty houses around here. If you need a roof over your head.

[Too easy to get trapped in one of things and be unable to get back out. It's not like he really has thumbs.]
no subject
Honestly...? It's hard to trust anything in this place.
[Something just isn't right. Or well, a lot of things, really.]
no subject
[He's just full of cynicism. Well, it's kept Tsume alive this long by not trusting anyone or anything.]

[Sorry, Keith isn't the best at reading tone/social cues. He does wonder, though. These people went through a lot of trouble to bring them here. There has to be a reason. Poisoning them after all this would feel counterproductive. What's the point of all this, anyway?]
